Liability arising out of claims from affiliates re: unpaid commissions rest solely with the merchant. TCMS-SEP^® provides the manpower, services and software infrastructure based on the contracted arrangement. Program abuse is possible, but can be usually detected by comparing affiliate activity over time. Affiliates who abuse the system will be deleted to preserve the merchant's interests, although TCMS-SEP^® makes no claims as to the efficiency of detection, or the detection process. Disputes will be referred back to the merchant for settlement in the USA.
